Blue Star Memorial Marker
  Charlotte Scott, Aldersgate GC and Chairman of the Dedication welcomed everyone.
 Katherine Dowdy, District III BS Chairman led the Pledge to the Flag; Valerie Tipps, TFGC President, had the Greetings; Jo Lawrence, Crestwood GC & TFGC Blue Star Chairman, gave the Blue Star History, and Monique Lewis, Hickory Valley GC, and District III Director helped with the unveiling of the Marker.  Members of District III gather around the newly dedicated Blue Star Memorial Marker sponsored by the Aldersgate Garden Club in District III. The Dedication was in front of the Bradley County Courthouse on the historical date of 11-11-11 at 11:00 am.

District III members at Conservation Camp, Oct 3,4-2011
  District III won a National Garden Clubs Inc for a District Flower Show titled "Nature's Masterpieces" held June 22, 23, 2010 in Cleveland, TN. The award was for 1st place in TN for a District Flower Show and the Flower Show Schedule also won 1st. Maggi Burns, Chairman for the District III Flower Show and TFGC Awards Chairman, Cindy Hintz are show in the picture taken at Conservation Camp, Oct 4, 2011. Maggi is a member of Crestwood Garden Club and Janan Jones wrote the Flower Show Schedule and is also a member of Crestwood GC.
